Thank goodness we are in February I can keep talking about my great passion without the old January clichés!
My business has proven year after year that those who start in February are far more committed and achieve longer term success…
There are always exceptions to the rule, but the above holds true from my experience.
February is when real habits are formed... nothing else is happening.
The children are at school, the weather gets better (marginally!) so people get outside more and ‘feel’ healthier.
Basically February is when you can get in a routine, try something new and not get side tracked.
February is the month for UPGRADING yourself....
