So today is one of THOSE days...
If you're signed up to other personal trainer / fitness email lists, the probability of you getting sent a recipe for a gluten free, sugar free, dairy free, taste free, high protein pancake recipe is very high!
I used to send them out years ago too, until one year I actually tried to make one myself.
I vowed that day NEVER to subject you to such a waste of your time. Like eating wallpaper paste if you under cooked it, and some form of cardboard if you over cook it in the slightest...
Surely the whole idea of having a special day just for PANCAKES means that it’s not the norm? It’s not what you do every day, week even month?
So, if you are going to have pancakes today, GO HARD or GO HOME!
Lashings of Nutella all the way.
But of course, if you add a banana, it's technically healthy!
“Who’s having pancakes today?” I asked my Graduate Zig Zag ladies this morning in their private online coaching group.
Only ONE lady replied…”Me, already had them for breakfast!”
Come on ladies. Long lasting weight loss success is all about being CONSISTENT NOT PERFECT.
Try being a little less Perfect and your chances of CONSISTENCY will grow and so will you chance of GREAT long lasting success!
