Last weekend we all went for a really long walk over towards Chipping Campden. We dragged the kids away from revision (!) and then dragged them up a few hills! I'm sure you can imagine the groans! By the time we returned we were all parched. I’d forgotten to take water…and it was HOT!

So, when I got home from the walk, I dashed to the loo - and it was like Lucozade! I was ridiculously de-hydrated.
It should be straw or champagne coloured.
Water isn't just "good for you" — water burns fat.
Water suppresses hunger.
Water renews your skin.
Drinking 3 litres of pure water every day can take a few years off your face in a matter of weeks.
You'll also drop fat, have more energy, and save your kidneys and liver from chronic overwork.
When your kidneys are taxed from too little water, your liver has to take over.
Your liver is your number one fat-burning organ.
Do you REALLY want it processing liquids and toxins rather than BURNING FAT?
Well, focus on drinking 2-3 litres of water, and watch the mirror.
Within a few weeks, the change to your face and body will be noticeable.

Work Out LESS (Yes, Less)
A quick word here first..If you don't work out at all, you're going to lose muscle tissue every year.
That means you'll get fatter and more squidgy each and every year with less shape and more sag.
Is this what you want? I doubt it.
But if you do exercise, are you focusing on the right stuff? Good old school strength training.
If you go to the gym, or study people who workout, the ones who look the best —
and that means look the youngest, most toned, and have the least amount of unwanted fat...
Are ALWAYS the ones who left the gym while others were still warming up!
Short, sharp, intense workouts are the way to get into shape fast. That means burn fat fast.
And that is why at Zig Zag Women’s Fitness and Motivation , our workouts are just a maximum of 45 mins.
Often they're just 30 mins!
If you’re doing the right stuff, such as body weight training, then that is all you need to do...
Three times a week.
You will get great results.
But ONLY if you focus on eating predominantly whole food - the "good stuff", you know what that is...I know you do...
"Knowing" isn't the problem is it? It's "Doing" consistently where you fall down (a conversation for another day?)
